Standardised Revenue Reports 

You will receive clear, concise, easy to read payroll reports that we will send for review each period. There is no charge for archiving, reissuing or re-running reports if needed.

From 1 January 2019, employers must make a submission to Revenue on or before making a payment to an employee. After the end of each calendar month, Revenue will issue a statement based on submissions received, which sets out the tax due for the period. The statement is deemed a statutory return by the 14th day after month end.

SME Payroll manages the full Revenue submissions on behalf of all our clients per instructions from the Irish Revenue.

Our reports also show costs per employees allowing forcasting to be made easy. 

The reports provided to you contain the following information;

  • A payslip summary for each employee.
  • A summary of payments and deductions.
  • A breakdown of employer costs.
  • A breakdown of amounts due to Revenue.
  • A breakdown of payment method totalsmonitor.png

The Ros liability report shows the total amount owed to the revenue and a breakdown for the selected report period.

  • The report is only available once all pay runs have been completed for the reporting period. Shows a breakdown by PAYE, PRSI, USC, and LPT for reporting period.
  • Shows the total amount due to the Revenue at the bottom of the report.

Once payroll is finalised, we will issue payslips to your staff by secure email. In addition, we provide full employee cost analysis reporting showing employer contributions to Social Security, pensions and BIK payments.
